WaveGRP®

WaveGRP® is a comprehensive resource planning solution that is specifically addressed to the Government sector. WaveGRP® includes financial management (including GFMIS), payroll, fixed assets, HR, personnel, document management (e-Dewan) & archiving, inventory, procurement, automobile management, communication, workflow systems and more, all integrated in one product, allowing related operational elements to work together in the most effective manner. WaveGRP™ integrates, automates and streamlines all facets and business practices associated with the government operations. It is a cross-functional solution where each module represents a complete business cycle that seamlessly integrates with, and feeds into the other modules, thus eliminating data redundancy, and making information available to relevant departments and authorized users at any time.

Due to its innovative and comprehensive approach, WaveGRP® covers cross functional operations within individual entities, and across multiple entities. This includes consolidated financial, budgets and fiscal preparation, execution and management (GFMIS), HR, procurement among others, allowing for consolidated data availability, and timely closing of government reports and figures across the country. As such, the solution helps governments increase public administration efficiency and performance resulting in decreased operational costs and eventually providing better service quality to citizens at a lower cost. The solution also helps improve accountability across government organizations, and provides the ability for macro-level decision making based on consolidated real data and reports.

Created in modern web-based services architecture, WaveGRP® is comprised of eleven modules:

1. Financial Management (GFMIS): This system is considered as the main framework for all financial transactions that take place in the governmental organization. The financial module that includes is used for tracking of financial operations and related financial reports carried out by the government, thus provide greater efficiency in organizational development, create transparency and help save costs. The solution will serve as the financial database for the Government to establish monetary and fiscal policies and plans.

WaveGRP® provides a complete integrated info rmation system to capture, track, execute and consolidate budget management info rmation at all levels of the organization and assist in monitoring financial plans and status of projects. The financial solution starts with budget preparation and covers budget execution, fiscal reporting and the management of procurement, commitment, payment, receipts, assets and cash, thus integrating all the modules of WaveGRP®.

WaveGRP® controls the mechanisms to ensure that organizational spending complies with allocated budgets and provides accurate reports of budgeted and actual revenues and expenditures. This is done using a complete cross functional operational system within individual entities and across multiple entities, enabling supervision, maintenance and the updating of relevant info rmation.

2. Human Resource Development Management: Offers effective and efficient management of human resources, which enables institutions to link their business strategies to their HRD strategy, thus translating objectives to employee performance levels & deliverables, in addition to providing them with the right environment, regardless of their department, which is one of the most important missions of human resources.

WaveGRP® offers solutions to better organize the business cycle's structure; defining job names and descriptions, followed laws and regulations, defining each department's tasks and duties, holidays and working hours. Human resource functions consists of tracking innumerable data points on employees such as personal histories, data, skills, capabilities, experiences and improving their abilities and skills to maximize the expected performance and the productivity which can be achieved only by preparing and orienting the employees with specialized training programs, monitoring their performances and generating periodic evaluation for them.

 

3. Payroll: The system provides the full flexibility and high accuracy to perform payroll operations, in a flawless manner that reduces human error to almost zero levels. The Payroll module fully integrates and interchanges data with all other WaveGRP® modules such as the GFMIS of the Financial Management module, in which employee's final salaries that get calculated after considering all deductions, levels and other salaries related data delivered from the personnel module.

 

4. Fixed Assets Module: Manages profiles assets and equipment and optimizes maintenance activities. It enables asset-intensive organizations to manage their assets' complete life cycle - from requirements identification through procurement, management of the asset during its operational life and finally to its decommissioning and disposal.

 

5. E-Procurement Inventory Management: Comprehensive material and services purchasing system. It provides the tools to effectively streamline the process of material purchase from need identification to order receipt. WaveGRP® integrates the entire procurement and inventory management process into the overall management structure, providing transparency throughout all procedures that can increase purchasing efficiency and enhance decision making about suppliers products and contracts.

 

6. Automobile Management System: This module manages and tracks all vehicles and heavy machinery within the organization. All information regarding any owned vehicle is kept on record including departure time, arrival time, driver etc. with a history log of the entire fleet. The solution enables authorized users to generate required reports and statistics such as vehicles history and maintenance schedules. A history log is also kept for all maintenance procedures such as servicing schedules, spare-parts, oil-fluids, etc.

 

7. Document Management System (including e-Dewan): WaveDMS® the comprehensive document management system is integrated with a specialized flexible workflow management system "WaveFlow™" that keeps track of the business cycle and alerts. The backbone of the system is heavily dependent on a strong, secure and reliable RDBMS, which is interfaced with a powerful, yet user-friendly administration system that is capable of handling heaps of data and documents. WaveDMS® consists of various components, which are seamlessly integrated with a centralized repository for archiving and managing the lifecycle of all forms of electronic documents, and attachments. Powerful search and retrieval tools make this information easily available for retrieval, editing and collaboration across the entire entity. Check-in, checkout, versioning, security profiles, audit trails, and records management ensure document integrity and corporate control.

 

8. WavePortal™: A user friendly portal, with an interface that allows both employees and managers to accomplish their tasks in an efficient and quick manner.

 

9. WaveFlow™: A fully integrated and easy to use workflow module within WaveGRP®. This module integrates seamlessly with the communication server to generate reminders, alerts and notifications as required.

 

10. Communication Server: Through this module, all WaveGRP® notifications will be transferred to the proper destination through the proper communication channels such as e-mail and SMS.

GFMIS is an automated and integrated solution, starts with budget preparation and covers budget execution, fiscal reporting and the management of procurement, commitment, payment, receipts, assets and cash.
