    1. Job Summary: <\/strong>Design and development of advanced web applications and websites using modern technologies, industry best practices, and established development standards. Provides technical leadership in user interface design, front-end architecture, and web development while mentoring junior team members and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative and effective web experiences that align with organizational goals.<\/li>\n
    2. Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      • Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex web applications and websites.<\/li>\n
      • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level designers and developers.<\/li>\n
      • Review code, designs, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.<\/li>\n
      • Design and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance web solutions.<\/li>\n
      • Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions and development approaches.<\/li>\n
      • Lead technical discussions, effort estimations, and project planning activities.<\/li>\n
      • Design high-impact user interfaces, branding materials, marketing assets, and digital experiences.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure consistency in design systems, UI standards, and user experience across projects.<\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.<\/li>\n
      • Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance practices.<\/li>\n
      • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.<\/li>\n
      • Participate in system architecture decisions and technology evaluations.<\/li>\n
      • Mentor team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical training.<\/li>\n
      • Monitor project progress, task assignments, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.<\/li>\n
      • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and technology roadmaps.<\/li>\n
      • Support project delivery by managing technical risks and providing solutions to complex challenges.<\/li>\n
      • Complete special projects and assignments as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Expert-level experience in:\n

            • Android, iOS applications architecture, design and development<\/li>\n
            • HTML5, CSS3, SASS\/SCSS<\/li>\n
            • JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX<\/li>\n
            • Modern JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus<\/li>\n
            • XML, JSON<\/li>\n
            • Git and version control systems<\/li>\n
            • Responsive Design, Bootstrap, Foundation, and Mobile-First Development<\/li>\n
            • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • Minimum 4\u20137 years of professional experience in web design and front-end\/web application development.<\/li>\n
                  • Proven experience leading web development projects and mentoring team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
