Provides subject matter expertise and technical leadership; leads complex development tasks \/ projects to successful completion.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW97916524 BCX0\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize established development tools, guidelines and coding conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#\/VB.NET to develop world-class software applications.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a technical reference \/ subject matter expert in all areas of the application development life-cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the high-performance of the agile-development lifecycle by ensuring productive, consistent and successful sprints by working to reduce blocking issues for the team.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and develop team members to increase the team\u2019s bench strength and flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regular design and code reviews with development team members to confirm use of best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into applications by implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance, usability, reliability, and scalability standards.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed development tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Create new and extend existing operational documentation based on industry best practices and established international standards of software development.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and organize development tasks in order to contribute to meeting project and product development goals on-time and on-budget.<\/li>\n<li>Author detailed documentation for source code created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Skills:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid hands-on experience in the following languages\/tools\/environments:\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px !important;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">MS .Net Framework 3.5 or greater (WCF, WPF and WF)<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">Visual Studio .Net 2010\/2012<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">C# .net, VB .net<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS 3.0<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">XML, XPath, XSLT, DOM and XML schemas<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">OOP and UML<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience in eLearning applications, Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Document Management (DMS) systems.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Windows Architecture; APIs, Windows Services and Web Services.<\/li>\n<li>Expert understanding of Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) for Agile Software Development and other Agile Software Development frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Team-player that is positive, proactive and a motivated self-starter.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with build and release management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in quality assurance processes \/ tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, team building and relationship management skills..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications and Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge in Software developing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">Get an IT job and make your IT career in ITG.
