The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, software engineering, and applied machine learning, and will play a key role in turning complex data into intelligent, scalable AI-driven systems.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW97916524 BCX0\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, recommendation, NLP, computer vision, or time-series problems.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML models into production systems.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data analysis and preprocessing: cleaning, transforming, and selecting features for modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and evaluation metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest research in AI\/ML and incorporate relevant advancements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and monitor deployed models to ensure accuracy and reliability over time.<\/li>\n<li>Document processes, experiments, and results for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and collaborative development efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Skills:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and data modeling techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with version control tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Python.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications and Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">Get an IT job and make your IT career in ITG.
