He highlighted that professional success, whether in education, employment, or entrepreneurship requires resilience, continuous effort, and adaptability.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that academic degrees alone are not sufficient for career success, stressing the importance of lifelong learning, practical experience, and strong digital and life skills aligned with market needs.<\/p>\n<p>On entrepreneurship, Tahabsem described it as a mindset rather than a formula, driven by curiosity, perseverance, and the courage to challenge convention. He also underlined the importance of supportive ecosystems in enabling sustainable innovation and growth.<\/p>\n<p>Reflecting on ITG\u2019s founding in 1989, Tahabsem explained that the company was built with a clear vision to create Arab intellectual property and deliver impactful technology solutions.
