Mr. Eyad Al Dabbas joined ITG in June 2003 with thirteen years of experience in the IT sector, specializing in government resource planning and has led the largest successful implementations of WaveGRP® at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Economy, Insurance Authority and Ministry of Transport.
Mr. Dabbas was assigned as Project Manager for the largest education management information system in the region, EduWave® EMIS, with the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. He is responsible for overall project management functions, providing leadership, direction, support, advice, and management to projects and activities to meet project management institute (PMI) standards.
Amer Dibbeh

Mr. Amer Dibbeh joined ITG in 2008 with over ten years of experience in the IT industry in the fields of projects management. Under general direction, Mr. Dibbeh is responsible for the overall project management functions, providing leadership, direction, support, advisory, and management to projects and programs according to best practices; work on a standard approach to project management; and apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques according to the project management methodology and culture.

Ahmad Shukayr is the Bids Manager at Integrated Technology Group (ITG), where he leads the company’s most strategic pursuits and drives competitive growth across the region. With more than a decade of experience in bid management, proposal strategy, and large-scale digital transformation, he brings a disciplined, high-precision approach to securing mission-critical wins in the government and education technology sectors.
Shukayr has directed full bid lifecycles for national projects, elevating proposal quality, process maturity, and cross-department alignment across ITG. His work has consistently delivered multi-million-dollar wins through rigorous opportunity qualification, sharp competitive positioning, and cohesive commercial, technical, and contractual strategies. Nour Salman is the Presales Manager at Integrated Technology Group (ITG), leading the presales function within the Business Development division. She specializes in transforming client requirements into scalable technology solutions, with experience across the education, government, and enterprise sectors.
Nour has played a key role in major national projects, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) e-services project (Jordan), the Ministry of Education’s Ajyal platform (Jordan), and the Noor project in Saudi Arabia, contributing to high-quality RFP development, solution design, and impactful product demonstrations. She also supported the Najahi project in Iraq through proposal creation, demos, and training delivery.
Known for her ability to bridge business and technical teams, Nour strengthens ITG’s competitive positioning through structured communication, process optimization, and strong cross-functional alignment. Yazan Abu Al Itham

Yazan Abu Al Itham serves as the Marketing & Communication Manager at Integrated Technology Group (ITG), where he leads the company’s strategic marketing and corporate communication efforts, driving brand alignment and organizational visibility across ITG and its subsidiaries.
