Integrated Technology Group (ITG) is seeking Senior System Administrators in (Amman - Jordan).

As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluates, analyzes, designs, installs, tests, integrates, maintains, modifies, monitors and automates the systems software and/or hardware infrastructure for ITG’s portfolio of products. 

Responsibilities

• Provides in-depth technical analysis of the highest level of systems that support the operation of ITG’s products according to high-availability SLAs; provide technical consultation and support.
• Develops physical / logical architectures and detailed designs for various project and operational needs.
• Coordinate with users to help solidify requirements and to provide support to migrate applications into system test and production to ensure maximum supportability.
• Consult with project / development managers to ensure technology is appropriately deployed and utilized in delivering applications and technology solutions.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and tune the various suite of components / modules / applications and middleware within the infrastructure.
• Operationally support application servers to meet operational requirements. Track asset performance and utilization on a continuous basis.
• Administration, development, maintenance and communication of configuration management and infrastructure-related tools, utilities, processes, and procedures.
• Work with project team, clients, and vendors to collaborate on technical problems to reduce time to solve technical or operational issues.
• Configure highly complex and highly visible integration points such as database connectivity and Web Services connectivity to meet business requirements.
• Provide second and third tier support as required. Ensure that first level support comply and provide support to all internal customers as per policies, processes, guidelines and service levels.
• Support security policies and maintain a secure environment. 

Required Skills

• Solid hands-on experience in the following languages/tools/environments:
  • Windows Server 2008 / 2012 Administration
  • Tivoli Storage Manager
  • TCP/IP Networking / Firewalls / Switches
  • Active Directory
  • DNS / WINS
  • DHCP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive and motivated self-starter and team-player.
• Computing physical and logical design skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Qualifications and Experience

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT Support and Infrastructure experience.
  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or similar certifications.

ITG is looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer in Amman, Jordan. The candidate for this vacancy should serve as a technical product expert in ITG’s portfolio of software products; highly proficient in product use, target business processes, product deployment, and resolution of support issues; deliver onsite consulting and support services at client locations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical reference and a subject matter expert in all areas of the E-learning or Enterprise product features and client business processes.
• Participating in business processes mapping and in the day-to-day activities of E-learning/ Enterprise engagements for various clients including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
• Work with clients to determine requirements and accurate project scope considering clients’ business needs. Analyze business and technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations.
• Educate clients on business processes including best practices and how ITG products enable those processes.
• Translate complex business, functional, and technical requirements into detailed work tasks; prepare Project Scope statements.

Required Skills:

• Written and verbal communication and presentation skills (English / Arabic).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in Software Project Management and Software Development life-cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Internet Information Services (IIS), Web Applications, and Windows Server Administration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Certified in Business Analysis CBAP or PMI-PBA or similar certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
