Mr. Ali Al Sadi co-founded Integrated Technology Group (ITG) in 1989, shortly after earning his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Corporate Finance from Yarmouk University in Jordan Today, as Executive Vice President, he oversees corporate finance, human resources, and compliance management across the Group, driving sustainable growth and reinforcing operational excellence. In addition to his pivotal role at ITG, Mr. Al Sadi has founded and developed several successful ventures. He co-founded JAID Productions in 1994, serving as General Manager until 1996, and later established ITG’s investment arm, contributing to the launch of MedXConcierge (2015), IAP (2015), VentureX (2017), and Ibda3 (2022). He also co-founded ITG America (2013), ITG Saudi (2010), WRS Global, WRS Inc., and SIS (2013), strengthening ITG’s international presence.

With over 30 years of experience in the information technology sector, Mr. Al Sadi has a strong background in International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Auditing and Assurance Standards (IAAS), enabling him to maintain ITG’s robust financial position. His leadership extends to software development, contributing to ITG’s core innovations, including Wave-Engine™ Technology and Rapid Application Development (RAD). These technologies power pioneering solutions such as multimedia applications, computer-based training, and flagship platforms like WaveERP®and EduWave® K-12.

Through hands-on leadership, financial expertise, and commitment to innovation, Mr. Al Sadi continues to play a central role in shaping ITG’s growth and global success.
