  1. Job Summary: Design and development of advanced web applications and websites using modern technologies, industry best practices, and established development standards. Provides technical leadership in user interface design, front-end architecture, and web development while mentoring junior team members and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative and effective web experiences that align with organizational goals.
  2. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex web applications and websites.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level designers and developers.
  • Review code, designs, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance web solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions and development approaches.
  • Lead technical discussions, effort estimations, and project planning activities.
  • Design high-impact user interfaces, branding materials, marketing assets, and digital experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in design systems, UI standards, and user experience across projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
  • Participate in system architecture decisions and technology evaluations.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical training.
  • Monitor project progress, task assignments, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and technology roadmaps.
  • Support project delivery by managing technical risks and providing solutions to complex challenges.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as required.
  1. Required Skills  
  • Expert-level experience in:
    • Android, iOS applications architecture, design and development
    • HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS
    • JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
    • Modern JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus
    • XML, JSON
    • Git and version control systems
    • Responsive Design, Bootstrap, Foundation, and Mobile-First Development
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma)
