In line with Integrated Technology Group’s commitment to serving the local community and promoting the principles of sustainable development and environmental responsibility, and following the company’s receipt of the official license required to carry out the collection and sorting of electrical and electronic waste in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Awn Cultural National Association visited Integrated Technology Group.
The delegation was headed by the Association’s President, Mr. Asaad Ibrahim Naji Al-Azzam, and included the Chairman of the Projects Committee, Eng. Hamada Bashir, and Committee Member, Eng. Ahmad Bin Tarif.

The delegation was received by ITG's CEO and President , Mr. Walid Tahabsem, in the presence of Executive Vice President Eng. Ali Al-Saadi. At the start of the meeting, Mr. Tahabsem welcomed the delegation and commended the important national role the Aoun National Cultural Association plays across the various fields covered by its mission.
During the meeting, the Association presented its environmental conservation project, which it is working to implement in cooperation with public and private institutions. Following an in-depth discussion covering all stages of the project, Tahabsem expressed his appreciation for the initiative and agreed to full cooperation with the Association in the environmental field.
Al-Azzam noted that this step reflects the Association sense of social responsibility, and comes in response to directives from Minister of Environment Dr. Ayman Suleiman. He explained that the Society had worked to obtain all necessary approvals and permits from the relevant authorities, enabling it to legally carry out its role in raising environmental awareness particularly regarding the risks of electrical and electronic waste in cooperation with public and private state institutions.
He added that these licenses authorize the Association to collect, sort, and safely dispose of electrical and electronic waste in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Environment. Al-Azzam concluded by affirming that the Aoun National Cultural Association is a center of expertise capable of executing a wide range of projects, thanks to its specialized and experienced members, who are recognized for their knowledge, competence, and creativity.
