The new release focuses on strengthening security, improving system performance, reducing manual work, and enhancing the overall user experience. Key updates include stronger license control, MAC address management, improved user privileges, multi-location employee support, and full alignment with a three-tier application architecture to improve scalability, security, and maintainability.
WaveERP® V6.0 also expands bulk data import capabilities across employees, invoices, deductions, allowances, attendance transactions, and financial records, helping organizations save time, reduce errors, and improve data accuracy.
The release introduces several improvements to Human Capital Management, including a new Employees Annual Evaluation screen, enhanced leave and vacation rules, improved clearance workflows, financial guarantee management, new HR reports, and actionable notifications for key employee-related processes. In finance, WaveERP® V6.0 adds enhanced voucher follow-up reporting, improved incoming checks management, updated customer and vendor screens, bank reconciliation enhancements, new bank transfer posting functionality, and AR invoice reporting with QR code support.
Procurement updates include new tender management screens, serial sequencing, validation, attachments, guarantees, and export functionality. The mobile application has also been refreshed with a modern interface, improved attendance experience, new request handling features, manager tools, vacation dashboards, loan installment visibility, and extended attendance logs.
