Integrated Technology Group is seeking Business Analysts in (Amman - Jordan).
As a business analyst, You will be responsible for defining software requirements specifications, ensuring successful project delivery, and facilitating effective communication between business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering: work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate these requirements into clear and concise user stories and functional specifications.
Process mapping and optimization: identify opportunities for business process improvement and develop, and present comprehensive process maps, recommending efficiencies and enhancements to increase productivity.
Stakeholder collaboration: engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
Project Management: collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure timely delivery of ITG solutions that meet business requirements.
Quality Assurance: participate in the testing and validation of new or modified features, ensuring that they meet specified requirements and are free of defects.
Documentation: create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications. Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication verbal and written as well as interpersonal skills (Arabic, English); Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques;
Familiarity with project management (Agile Methodologies);
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
PMI-PBA® (PMI Professional in Business Analysis), or equivalent.
