  3. Job Summary: Trainee Marketing supports the Public Relations team in executing communication and engagement activities that promote and enhance the organization's image. The role includes assisting with media relations, content creation, event coordination, and internal and external communications. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in public relations practices, stakeholder engagement, and brand management while contributing to the successful delivery of PR initiatives and campaigns.
  4. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading press releases, announcements, speeches, and official statements.
  • Monitor local and international media coverage and prepare media monitoring reports.
  • Maintain and update media and stakeholder contact lists.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and official visits.
  • Assist in preparing media kits, briefing documents, and event materials.
  • Draft internal communications, employee announcements, newsletters, and corporate updates.
  • Assist in developing communication materials for executive management.
  • Support the creation of presentations and communication collateral.
  • Help ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Assist in preparing social media copy for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Support content calendar management and post scheduling.
  • Research industry trends and identify opportunities for engaging content.
  • Organize and maintain the communications archive, including photos, press coverage, and marketing assets.
  • Track communication requests and follow up with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating with external agencies, media representatives, and partners.
  • Support the team in preparing reports and documenting campaign performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
