  3. Job Summary: Creative and detail-oriented 3D & 2D Game Artist with experience in creating high-quality game assets, including 3D environments, props, animations, textures, and UI elements. Proficient in industry-standard design tools and experienced in preparing and optimizing assets for seamless integration into the Unity game engine. Strong understanding of visual design principles, asset optimization, and game art pipelines, with a focus on delivering visually engaging, high-performance assets that enhance the overall player experience.
  4. Responsibilities:
  • Design, model, and develop high-quality 3D environments, props, and game assets that align with the project's visual style.
  • Create and animate 3D assets using industry-standard animation techniques.
  • Design and produce 2D assets, including textures, icons, sprites, and User Interface (UI) elements.
  • Apply textures, materials, lighting, and color schemes to achieve visually appealing and optimized assets.
  • Optimize 2D and 3D assets to ensure high performance and compatibility across target platforms.
  • Export, organize, and prepare assets for seamless integration into the Unity game engine.
  • Collaborate with developers, game designers, and other artists to ensure assets meet both artistic and technical requirements.
  • Maintain consistency with the project's art direction, visual standards, and asset naming conventions.
  • Revise and improve assets based on feedback, testing, and gameplay requirements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in game art, animation, and asset optimization.
  1. Required Skills 
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Autodesk Maya, or 3ds Max).
  • Strong skills in 2D design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
  • Experience creating textures, materials, UV mapping, and asset optimization for games.
  • Knowledge of Unity asset integration and game art pipelines.
  • Understanding of lighting, color theory, composition, and visual design principles.
  • Ability to create intuitive and visually appealing User Interface (UI) assets.
  • Familiarity with animation principles and rigging workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary game development team.
  • Good time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality 2D and 3D game art, animations, and UI designs.
  1. Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Game Art, Animation, Multimedia, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in 2D/3D game art, digital art, or a related role.
