Senior Presales (Amman – Jordan)

ITG is seeking a Senior Presales with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Amman, Jordan. Senior Presales main role is being a sales support and coordinating between the BD and the technical departments. which empowers the Sales team to enhance the sales process and the marketing team to build their marketing campaigns, which reflects on getting more leads, winning more deals and ensuring customer retention.


Updated market research for all competitors with the required analysis needed against ITG products;

Continuously update all required product materials and demos to fulfil clients’ needs;

Keep track of deadlines and other important dates related to RFPs and demos;

Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address client requirements, assesses clients' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the client and the company;

Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the client company;

Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with clients’ business requirements;

Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.

Required Skills

A profound knowledge of software products, particularly in the area of ERP Finance;

Exceptional communication abilities;

Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations to showcase the advantages and features of the offering effectively;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications and Experience

B.S. Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/Information Systems or any IT-related fields.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role or pre-sales, ideally within the software industry, specifically focusing on ERP financial modules.
