STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS)

WHAT EDUWAVE® SIS COMPONENTS

EduWave® SIS allows authorized users to define, manage, and process all data related to students, from user profiles, courses, study plans, and much more, all conforming with your school’s policies. Administrators have access to up-to-date information related to students’ academic data, average, grade, progress, attendance, and more, which enables them to make more informed decisions.

EduWave® SIS features include:

DISTRICT & INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION

EduWave® SIS proposes the use of procedures to handle full registration management, online registration, and access to related information, study plans, tuition details, courses, class schedules, student advisory and more, based on a hierarchical system to their institutional structure.

GRADEBOOK

The Gradebook™ is a crucial part of EduWave® allowing students, teachers, and administrators to monitor the grades and overall performance of students, classes, schools, and even the whole district or country.

GRADING MANAGEMENT

This feature helps in identifying marking periods, groups, and reports. Administrators and teachers can use this feature to publish and manage all student marking.

REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT

Administrators can now easily keep track of registration & enrollment of students. This feature is particularly helpful for transfer students.

PROGRESS REPORTS

The simplest and most important of student-focused reports; progress reports allow students, teachers, and administrators to keep track of a student’s progress throughout the year.

ACADEMIC END OF YEAR PROCESSING

This feature curates all information relating to student final results, progress reports, report cards, and student upgrades, all of which are particularly useful for administrators.

DASHBOARDS, REPORTS & STATISTICS

EduWave® provides dashboards and statistical and graphical analysis abilities that allow for the tracking of students’ performance by monitoring their time spent online, content viewed, and functions used per student or group of students. It can accordingly adjust the learning levels to achieve maximum learning results based on real-time data and key performance indicators (KPIs).

INSTITUTION LOCATION & GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

This feature allows institutions to monitor and manage their various assets and properties, according to their geographic location.

REPORT CARDS & TRANSCRIPTS

Creating transcripts and report cards can be made to conform with any school, district, or government policies and is as simple as reviewing the grades. Transcripts can be issued for individual students, entire classes, or the school as a whole.

STUDENT ATTENDANCE & DISCIPLINE TRACKERS

The attendance feature will ultimately feed into the overall reports and archives of any school or district and allows administrators and teachers to monitor students’ and teachers’ attendance.

ALUMNI TRACKING & E-PORTFOLIO

Schools can keep track of their graduated students as well as students who unenrolled from school. This module can help schools accumulate more results regarding their students’ later achievements and promote them widely. The e-portfolio feature allows students to view all school-related items including assignments, projects, assessments, and grades all in a single user-friendly layout. Graduates today need an e-portfolio after graduation to continue their studies and to facilitate their subsequent employment.

INSTITUTION TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT

Focused on students, this feature allows for the monitoring and tracking of student transportation. The information is used to ensure the safety of students as they travel to and from institution campuses.
