STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS)

WHAT EDUWAVE® HOLDS FOR YOU (SIS COMPONENTS)

DISTRICT & INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION

EduWave® SIS proposes the use of procedures to handle full registration management, online registration, and access to related information, study plans, tuition details, courses, class schedules, student advisory and more, based on a hierarchical system to their institutional structure.

GRADEBOOK

The Gradebook™ is a crucial part of EduWave® allowing students, instructors, and administrators to monitor the grades and overall performance of students, classes, colleges, universities and even districts.

MARKING MANAGEMENT

This feature helps in identifying marking periods, groups, and reports. Administrators and instructors can use this feature to publish and manage all student marking.

REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT

Administrators can now easily keep track of registration & enrollment of students. This feature is particularly helpful for transfer students.

PROGRESS REPORTS

The simplest and most important of student-focused reports; progress reports allow students, instructors and administrators to keep track of a student’s progress throughout the year.

ACADEMIC END OF YEAR PROCESSING

This feature curates all information relating to student final results, progress reports, report cards, and student upgrades, all of which are particularly useful for administrators.

DASHBOARDS, REPORTS & STATISTICS

EduWave® provides dashboards, statistical and graphical analysis abilities enabling tracking students’ performance by viewing such statistics as time spent online, content viewed and functions used per student or group of students, and accordingly adjust the learning levels for achieving maximum learning results, all of that is based on real live data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

INSTITUTION INFORMATION AND GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION

This feature allows institutions to monitor and manage their various assets and properties, according to their geographic location.

REPORT CARDS & TRANSCRIPTS

Creating transcripts or report cards is based on institution/district policies and is as simple as reviewing the grades. Transcripts can be issued for individual students, the whole class, or the whole institution.

STUDENT ATTENDANCE & DISCIPLINE TRACKERS

The attendance feature will ultimately feed into the overall reports and archives of any institution and allows institutions and instructors in particular to monitor student and instructor attendance.

ALUMNI TRACKING & E-PORTFOLIO

Using this module, institutions can keep track of their graduate students withdrawing students. This can help institutions get more results that reflect on its yearly achievements and promote it widely. The e-portfolio feature allows students to view all institution-related items including assignments, projects, assessments, and grades all on a single user-friendly layout. Graduates today need an e-Portfolio after graduation to continue their learning and, therefore, their employability.

INSTITUTION TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT

Focused on students, this feature allows for the monitoring and tracking of student transportation. The information is used to ensure the safety of students as they travel to and from institution campuses.
