Talent Acquisition Officer (Amman – Jordan)

Integrated Technology Group Is looking for Talent Acquisition Officers in (Amman - Jordan). The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-quality candidates to meet ITG's talent needs. This role involves conducting candidate assessments and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.


  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques; 
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit; 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications; 
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs; 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition; 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system; 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience); 
  • 1+ year experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; 
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions; 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases; 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; 
  • Excellent English and Arabic; 
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
