Marketing & Communication Manager (Amman – Jordan)

Integrated Technology Group (ITG) is seeking Marketing & Communication Managers in (Amman - Jordan).

Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for developing a brand identity and delivering effective marketing and communications. He/ she will manage and maintain the activities and operations of Marketing at ITG, including planning, budgeting, reviewing and approving major decisions, and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a focused strategic marketing plan and budget following ITG’s overall strategies and direction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand, develop and align expectations and ensure brand recognition through effective marketing.
  • Plan and undertake market research, analysis and assessments to support sales, in determining proper pricing and sales plans.
  • Guide and monitor ITG’s marketing events and activities and puts plans into action. This includes reviewing, discussing, evaluating and executing Marketing plans.
  • Identify ITG research needs, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, perform market analysis to assess ITG’s position in the industry and devise new marketing methods.
  • Monitor the development of reports on ITG news, industry best practices and market news for concerned departments.

  • Plan and execute special events, media relations, press releases, press conferences, etc.
  • Approve, execute and monitor Press releases, interviews, advertorials, etc. developed internally or by service providers.
  • Develop and maintain a unified advertising and promotion program that spans all types of media opportunities.
  • Identify, negotiate and monitor outsourcing contracts, and recommend the selection of consultants and agencies related directly to marketing, PR, media and communication activities.
  • Manage annual allocated budget by controlling expenditures, optimizing costs and reporting variances versus budget, to ensure effective cost management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Ensure that the Marketing Department employees carry out their duties by the requirements of the performance standards and code of ethics.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Marketing team, and ensure that they have the proper technical and professional capabilities needed to meet the department requirements.
  • Provide the Chief Business Development Officer with adequate information to carry out his/her responsibilities.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals to review employees’ performance in the Marketing Department, and carry out disciplinary meetings when needed.
  • Attend and contribute to management meetings to communicate effectively within the organization and provide guidance and support to overall business decision-making.

Required Skills:

  • Strong branding experience with the ability to develop and execute brand strategies effectively.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms.

System Administrator (Amman – Jordan)

Integrated Technology Group (ITG) is seeking System Administrators in (Amman - Jordan).

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluating, analysing, designing, installing, testing, integrating, maintaining, modifying, monitoring and automating the systems software and hardware infrastructure for ITG’s portfolio of products. 

Responsibilities

  • Provides in-depth technical analysis of the highest level of systems that support the operation of ITG’s products according to high-availability SLAs; provides technical consultation and support. 
  • Develops physical/logical architectures and detailed designs for various project and operational needs. 
  • Coordinate with users to help solidify requirements and to provide support to migrate applications into system test and production to ensure maximum supportability. 
  • Consult with project development managers to ensure technology is appropriately deployed and utilized to deliver applications and solutions. 
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and tune the various suites of components/modules/applications and middleware within the infrastructure.  
  • Operationally support application servers to meet operational requirements. Track asset performance and utilization continuously. 
  • Administration, development, maintenance and communication of configuration management and infrastructure-related tools, utilities, processes, and procedures.   
  • Work with project teams, clients, and vendors to collaborate on technical problems to reduce time to solve technical or operational issues. 
  • Configure complex and obvious integration points such as database connectivity and Web service connectivity to meet business requirements. 
  • Provide tier 2 and 3 support as required. Ensure that level 1 support complies with and supports all internal customers as per policies, processes, guidelines, and service levels. 
  • Support security policies and maintain a secure environment. 
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures, coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. 

Required Skills

Integrated Technology Group is seeking Professional Services Team Leaders in (Amman - Jordan).

A Professional Services Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Professional Service Engineers to become highly proficient in product use, product deployments and the resolution of technical support issues. Provides subject matter, business-process expertise, and technical leadership.  

Responsibilities:

Oversee onsite and remote setup, installation, configuration, and training of ITG Software products. 

Act as a technical reference in all areas of the product features and client business processes.  

Facilitate the client engagement process including identifying requirements, setting expectations, and ensuring prerequisites are completed prior to the engagement. 

As a client advocate and account steward, demonstrate a relentless commitment to developing effective solutions to the unique challenges customers face in optimizing the effectiveness of ITG Software products. 

Make recommendations to enhance the likelihood of client success, including system configuration, workflows, remediation of defects, application usage, enhanced product features and improvements to the implementation of ITG Software products. 

Identify and resolve engagement issues, independently, to the greatest extent possible - only escalating issues as appropriate, starting within the Professional Services team. 

Conduct regular work process reviews with PSD team members to confirm the use of best practices.  

Maintain team’s current technical knowledge to leverage rapidly changing technology through formal and informal team training; Understand and evaluate modern technologies, develop skills in modern technologies.  

Build an effective Support Services team by recruiting and retaining talented high-performance Professional Services engineers and conducting effective performance reviews of team members. 

Translate complex business, functional and technical requirements into detailed work development tasks; prepare Project Scope statements. 

Participate in the RFP response process by developing and compiling documentation.   

Estimate the duration of product deployment and training tasks.  

Create new and extend existing operational documentation and training materials based on industry best practices and established international standards; author detailed documentation for work processes. 

Prioritize and organize support tasks to contribute to meeting project and product deployment goals on time and within budget.  

Required Skills:

Solid hands-on experience in the following languages/tools/environments:   

Networking (cabling, IP addresses, configuration). 

Software deployment/installation. 

Windows IIS (Installation, administration, manage Sites, SSL, backup/restore) 

Clustering / Load Balancing (NLB)
