Marketing & Communication Manager (Amman – Jordan)

Integrated Technology Group (ITG) is seeking Marketing & Communication Managers in (Amman - Jordan).

Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for developing a brand identity and delivering effective marketing and communications. He/ she will manage and maintain the activities and operations of Marketing at ITG, including planning, budgeting, reviewing and approving major decisions, and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a focused strategic marketing plan and budget following ITG’s overall strategies and direction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand, develop and align expectations and ensure brand recognition through effective marketing.
  • Plan and undertake market research, analysis and assessments to support sales, in determining proper pricing and sales plans.
  • Guide and monitor ITG’s marketing events and activities and puts plans into action. This includes reviewing, discussing, evaluating and executing Marketing plans.
  • Identify ITG research needs, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, perform market analysis to assess ITG’s position in the industry and devise new marketing methods.
  • Monitor the development of reports on ITG news, industry best practices and market news for concerned departments.
  • Act as a spokesperson on public speaking and handling of media, attend Industry media events to represent ITG and establish relationships to build a network of supporters.
  • Plan and execute special events, media relations, press releases, press conferences, etc.
  • Approve, execute and monitor Press releases, interviews, advertorials, etc. developed internally or by service providers.
  • Develop and maintain a unified advertising and promotion program that spans all types of media opportunities.
  • Identify, negotiate and monitor outsourcing contracts, and recommend the selection of consultants and agencies related directly to marketing, PR, media and communication activities.
  • Manage annual allocated budget by controlling expenditures, optimizing costs and reporting variances versus budget, to ensure effective cost management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Ensure that the Marketing Department employees carry out their duties by the requirements of the performance standards and code of ethics.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Marketing team, and ensure that they have the proper technical and professional capabilities needed to meet the department requirements.
  • Provide the Chief Business Development Officer with adequate information to carry out his/her responsibilities.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals to review employees’ performance in the Marketing Department, and carry out disciplinary meetings when needed.
  • Attend and contribute to management meetings to communicate effectively within the organization and provide guidance and support to overall business decision-making.

Required Skills:

  • Strong branding experience with the ability to develop and execute brand strategies effectively.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques and best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement across both offline and online channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively convey brand messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the marketing team.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including initiatives related to communication and marketing both externally and internally.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

 A minimum of:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related field with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Multi-cultural sensitivity gained through experience in an international work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion and motivation.
  • Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
  • High proficiency in Arabic and English languages (both written and spoken).
